I understand that reaching out can feel like a big step, so I offer a free, no-obligation 20-minute telephone session. A gentle first step into counselling and a chance to get a sense of how I work. We can explore what's happening for you right now, where you'd like to be, and whether working together feels like the right fit.

Availability

I see clients Monday to Friday, from 8am to 8pm. Get in touch and we'll find a time within those hours that works for you.

Cancellations

Your session time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give at least 2 days' notice for an online or telephone session, or 5 days for an in-person session in Uxbridge.

Where I work

In person in Uxbridge, plus online & by phone

In-person sessions are held in Uxbridge, Greater London UB8, an area with easy access by car, bus or train from across Hillingdon and West London. I'll share the exact location when we arrange your first session.

I also work online by video and by telephone with clients right across the UK, so wherever you are, we can find a way to work together.
