Clear, simple fees

Counselling that's straightforward to understand and easy to begin. Every enquiry starts with a free, no-obligation 20-minute telephone session, no cost, no obligation.

Sessions

How sessions work

Individual sessions last 50 minutes and couples sessions last 60 minutes. We usually meet weekly to begin with, and we'll review together how often feels right for you as we go.

Every enquiry begins with a free, no-obligation 20-minute telephone session. A gentle first step into counselling and a chance to get a sense of how I work. We can explore what's happening for you right now, where you'd like to be, and whether working together feels like the right fit.

Fees & sessions, common questions

How much is a counselling session?
An individual session is £70 for 50 minutes. Couples counselling is £95 for 60 minutes.
How much is couples counselling?
Couples counselling is £95 for a 60 minutes session. You're welcome to start with a free, no-obligation 20-minute telephone session so we can talk through what you're hoping for.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes, your first 20-minute telephone consultation is completely free and carries no obligation. It's simply a chance to talk, ask questions, and see whether working together feels right for you.
How often should I attend?
I generally recommend weekly sessions, especially at the start, meeting regularly helps build a strong therapeutic relationship and gives the work continuity. I do understand that work, family and financial commitments can make weekly sessions difficult, so fortnightly can be a practical option too. We'll agree a rhythm that feels manageable for you in our initial sessions.
How long does it take?
There's no set length, everyone is different. Some people come for just a few sessions to work through a specific issue, while others choose longer-term work to explore deeper patterns, relationships or life experiences. As a guide, we'll review the work together around the sixth session, to reflect on how things are going and think about the next steps.
Do you offer session packages?
Yes. If you'd like to commit to a course of sessions, you can book a block of five and save £25: five individual sessions are £325 and five couples sessions are £450. Each package is paid for up front and used within 10 weeks.
How do I pay, and can I book online?
Yes, you can book your free consultation online, just pick a time that suits you on the booking page. There's no online payment; we'll arrange that directly when we confirm your first session.
What if I need to cancel or rearrange?
Your session time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give at least 2 days' notice for an online or telephone session, or 5 days for an in-person session in Uxbridge.
